TheDomestic Sales Ticket Program & Contracting Manager is responsible forleading and overseeing the sales contracting process for Walt Disney World (WDW), Disneyland Resort (DLR) and Aulani, spanning all domestic and international wholesale, travelagencyand militarysales channels.Thisrolesupervisesa wide range of annual travel trade contracting requirements, manages the review and communication of special promotions to trade clients, and prioritizes daily activities for the team. The role collaborates extensively with cross-functional partnersincluding Legal, Financial Accounting, CIMA, Sales Strategy, Pricing & Logisticsto ensure contractual obligations are met, operational efficiency is maximized, and sales performance isoptimized. Additionally, this roleliaises withlegal to giveguidance to Disney Destinations Strategy, Sales & Solutions teams.

This position sits onsite in either Celebration, FL or Anaheim, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the contractingtimeline and requirements for WDW, DLR, and Aulani across all sales channels, including Domestic & International Wholesale/OTA, Military Sales, Travel Agency & National Account Sales,EarMarked, Central Florida ticket sellers, and accommodation programs

  • Coordinate and communicate product updates, legal Exhibits, and client notifications, partnering with Pricing & Logistics for execution

  • Partner closely with Legal teams to execute ad hoc contracts, ensuring consistent language and policy,leveragingexperience from similar agreements

  • Coordinate financial security requirementswith Financial Accounting for annual and mid-term contracting changes

  • Partner withDX Intelligenceand Sales Strategy,providing account information to support nets/commissions, client incentives, and sales channel alignment

  • Provide sales channel mapping for Product TSRs to ensureaccurateclient setup and contracted product delivery via Disney Travel Trade Connectivity

  • Lead and oversee theYellow Passannual recertification process

  • Serve assubject matter experton contractual terms and conditions, acting as a voice in business operations decisionsimpactingSales channels

  • Drive department operational efficiency byleveragingtechnology and collaboration with stakeholders,including driving the contract efficiency project

  • SuperviseContract Specialists serving Domestic and International trade clients, defining expectations and priorities for operational success

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge ofoveralltravel industry, preferably withwork experience in thewholesale channelof the travel industry

  • Knowledge and experience working with contracts,agreementsand other legally binding documentation

  • Identifyopportunities, plan, negotiate and execute projectswith proper follow-through, on-time completion and with limited supervision

  • Demonstrateabilitytopartner internally and externallyand towork comfortably and effectively at all levels

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook isa mustand preferablyAirtableor other project management applications

  • Experience working incollaborative environments and managing multiple projects

  • High attention to detailand experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment

The hiring range for this position based in Celebration, FL is $91,000.00-$121,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
