As a DVC Sales Counselor, you'll inspire Guests to explore membership options, share detailed sales information, and help them envision a lifetime of Disney vacations. You will report to a Sales Manager, Disney Vacation Club.

This is a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities/You Will:
  • Generate high-interest leads through in-person, virtual, and marketing-driven outreach.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using various lead-generation strategies

  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective Members to guide them toward ownership

  • Proactively engage Guests in conversation about Disney Vacation Club and vacation possibilities

  • Apply your sales skills to influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by asking for guest contact information for continued sales conversations

  • Inspire Guests to take the next step in learning about DVC while vacationing at Disneyland

  • Share your passion and knowledge of Disney to create meaningful connections.

  • Represent DVC service excellence at discovery desks, open houses, welcome centers, and events across Parks & Resorts, including indoor and outdoor locations

  • Conduct sales conversations with Guests from around the world across multiple formats: in-person, phone, virtual, and chat

  • Apply Disney's Counselor Sales Approach to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue

  • Participate in Disney-specific sales training and ongoing professional development.

  • Have the potential to present to groups in-market and/ onboard the Disney Cruise Line Ships

Basic Qualifications/You Have:
  • A California Real Estate license that is currently active and in good standing

  • Ability to proactively engage with guests in both indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining a high level of service and enthusiasm across all weather conditions

  • Experience handling multiple lead opportunities daily

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Proven success in competitive sales environments

  • Self-motivated with the ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture

  • Flexible and adaptable to working in various locations across the resort

  • Proficient in Windows-based programs and general computer use

  • Fully available to work full-time, including multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Reliable transportation to and from Disneyland Resort (on-property role)

  • Committed to delivering service excellence aligned with The Walt Disney Company standards

Preferred Qualification:
  • Travel may be required for this role

  • Possess a valid Passport

Education:
  • Valid, active, and in good standing California Real Estate license is required

  • High school degree or equivalent experience

Base Salary: The base salary for this position in Anaheim is $54,000 - $72,300.
Commission: Our highly competitive compensation includes commission based on the sales plan.
