The Facilities and Operations team handles all logistical support from an operational standpoint for global locations including space planning, design and moves, construction, phones, and security to support facilities planning and projects.

The Facilities Project Representative will report to the Manager - Facilities & Operations.

This is a Full-Time position.

What You Will Do:

  • As a Facilities and Operations Division representative, this position will provide oversight and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction on multiple projects
  • Plan and supervise facility construction teams during minor tenant improvement upgrade projects
  • Provide facilities project oversight and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction for multiple medium-sized projects
  • Direct activities of in-house staff and collaborate with design and delivery teams in preparing construction contract documents
  • Provide technical and administrative direction to ensure project costs remain within budget
  • Perform mock-up space sizing analysis, coordination, and allocation
  • Support phone and cellular service-related operations when required
  • Review building plans and projects using AutoCAD and other relevant programs
  • Assist with implementing safety protocols, sensitive information protection, and asset protection initiatives
  • Coordinate space management, office move support, and related operational activities
  • Manage maintenance and leasing of vehicles and specialty items (e.g., dumpsters)
  • Troubleshoot conference equipment and provide support for warehouse operations
  • Coordinate mail operations, document/material destruction, and donation initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years or more of relevant experience
  • Valid Florida State Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in Project/Construction Management and Change Management
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of handling diverse projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills to provide direction and manage relationships in a team environment
  • Ability to anticipate client and partner needs and adapt to change effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in a corporate setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AutoCAD.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $62,200 to $83,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
