In this role, you'll oversee the friendly, professional, and efficient registration and account settlement of hotel guests by providing support to Front Desk Agents & Management. As a liaison between the Front Office Agents, Front Office Management, Housekeeping, and Engineering, you ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
  • Support Front Desk Agents during peak times.
  • Monitor VIP room blocking and special requests.
  • Communicate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
  • Handle room changes, late check-outs, and duplicate reservations.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and guest satisfaction.

    Physical Demands: 

    • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
    • Stand, walk and work at times in confined spaces throughout the shift in full sight of guests.

    Qualifications:

    • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Additional language ability preferred.

      Experience:  

      • 1-2 years as a front desk agent.
      • Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting
      • Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions on room availability or guest resolutions with sound judgment
      • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
      • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: Springer Miller Systems (SMS), Hotsos, Reveinate.
