If you're a seasoned infrastructure pro who thrives on wearing many hats - from network architecture and security to hardware deployments and team leadership - this one's built for you. As Manager of Infrastructure at Level99, you'll be the technical backbone behind an innovative entertainment brand, keeping our venues and support center running seamlessly across the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across all venues.
  • Network Security: Implement and manage security measures, conduct regular audits, develop security policies, and monitor EDR software to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.
  • Hardware & Server Management: Manage and stage network and server hardware at venue locations, oversee MDM solutions, coordinate equipment deployments, and perform server administration tasks.
  • Operating Systems: Administer and maintain Windows, MacOS, Android, and Ubuntu operating systems across various devices, troubleshooting and resolving OS-related issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop IT infrastructure team members, balancing hands-on technical work with project management and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Vendor Management & Procurement: Establish vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and licenses.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
  • Networking, security, network design, Linux, WiFi administration, virtualization, high availability architecture, SD-WAN
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Travel to Level99 venue locations, as needed
  • Must be available for on-call response to critical infrastructure incidents outside of normal business hours

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA, MDM certification, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience in construction site environments, low voltage design in architectural drawings, commercial audio systems, and security camera system design and administration is a plus.

$110,000 - $140,000 a year
While we don't expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we're looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT ON THE LEVEL99 TEAM IF YOU...
  • Like to laugh, would be described as a "low maintenance, low drama" person, have a tendency to have a bit of fun while you work
  • Have a high tolerance for ambiguity, like to go fast, and are excited to learn on the job
  • Are just a little bit obsessive about getting the details right the first time
  • Have a high energy personality, the kind of person who is typically smiling, and likes to "get it done now"
