What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible for assisting with areas of the recruiting and onboarding process. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, human resources, recruiters, and candidates in facilitating a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience at Swire Coca-Cola.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout their pre-employment screening and onboarding process
  • Draft offer letters and send for approval, compiling all the necessary details
  • Order Pre-Employment Screenings and verify compliance with company guidelines
  • Troubleshoot background and drug screen issues to ensure timely turnaround
  • Complete hire forms to initiate employee record in HRIS
  • Assist Candidates with Day One activities, such as, completing I-9's and onboarding forms; as well as hosting Orientations
  • Use proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Provide suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experience
  • Act as a backup to the other Talent Acquisition Coordinators
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience required
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred
