Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? Coral Tree Hospitality is seeking a Concierge to join our dynamic team at The Islands of Islamorada. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.
As a Concierge, you'll be an essential part of our front office team, curating memorable, authentic experiences for every guest. You'll warmly welcome visitors, assist with their travel itineraries and reservations, and share your insider knowledge of the Florida Keys. Your ability to connect guests with genuine local experiences-and communicate with warmth and professionalism-will help create the extraordinary stays The Islands are known for.
Responsibilities
  • Use your outstanding written and verbal communication skills to craft personalized itineraries, confirm reservations, and recommend unique experiences that reflect the local flavor.
  • Become a true local expert-confidently connecting guests to hidden gems, can't-miss dining, and unforgettable adventures in the community.
  • Promote resort services and amenities with enthusiasm, ensuring each guest feels at home and inspired during their stay. Build and establish a strong & professional rapport with guests, maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members, sharing guest insights and feedback to enhance every aspect of the experience.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in all guest communications and arrangements.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding resort services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions. Make recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Perform front desk tasks such as guest check-ins and check-outs, entry gate monitoring, answering phones, text messages and emails.
  • Efficiently process and manage packages, messages, and mail, whether outgoing or incoming. Handle the storage and retrieval of packages, groceries, flowers, etc.
  • Ensure that collateral and information related to vendors, restaurants, attractions, maps, and other local points of interest are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Use various software programs to accurately input and track special arrangements, such as Engineering and Housekeeping requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and other common areas, ensuring they are always in optimal condition.
  • Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned by the Management team.
  • Provide coverage for other roles during meal periods and in case of emergency.
  • Assist with other tasks as required and where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
