¿Desde donde trabajarás?????Modalidad de trabajo presencial: Visitas a oficinas médicas en el area oeste y presencia coordinada conforme a necesidad operacional y planes de trabajo en Oficina en San Juan, Puerto Rico.

???? Lunes a viernes | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

¿Qué harás como como External Provider Relations Representative?

  • Gestionar solicitudes y documentación de proveedores interesados en unirse a la red a través de visitas.
  • Manejar solicitudes, ofrecer orientaciones y brindar apoyo a los proveedores atendiendo necesidades post contratación.
  • Mantener comunicación directa con los proveedores para apoyar durante el proceso de contratación y cualquier gestion de servicio.
  • Coordinar y facilitar el proceso de contratación y manejo de anejos tarifarios.
  • Colaborar con auditorías internas y externas, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares y proporcionando la documentación y apoyo requerido por las áreas operacionales.
  • Documentar los procesos utilizando los sistemas y herramientas oficiales organizacionales.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de una red de proveedores sólida y confiable, contribuyendo a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y al éxito del Departamento.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Formación académica: Grado Asociado (o equivalente) de una institución acreditada.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 a 2 años en servicios a proveedores de salud.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente (preferiblemente).
  • Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para transportarse a diversas zonas (Oeste).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial.
