Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
  • Execute job action plan for restoration production
  • Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
  • Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
  • Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
  • Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
  • Extract standing water if needed
  • Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
  • Maintain job site safety
  • Working in confined spaces including heights
  • Utilization of power tools
  • Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
  • Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
  • Take photos at different stages of a project
  • Properly use power tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have Valid Drivers' License
  • Must pass background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to office
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
  • Use Email and other software
  • Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
  • Working in a team environment
  • Working in tight or confined spaces
