Job description
Our client, a multi-regional Disaster Restoration company, is looking for a hard-charging business development and relationship management professional for their Indianapolis, IN region.
Experience in restoration or relationships in the following industries is preferred:
Property Management (Commercial or Multifamily)
Hotels/Hospitality
Healthcare (Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Senior/Assisted Living)
* Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience.
* The role in Indianapolis IN for a person capable of building the business from the ground up.
* Does not necessarily have to report to office. However, office space will be made available if needed.
* These individuals would be preferred to have restoration experience selling to multifamily communities. However, selling experience in the restoration market in general is highly important.
* Could be experienced in residential or strictly commercial, but restoration-based.* Experience using tools such as Encircle and Xactimate is also highly desirable.
* Insurance experience a plus
* PSA Software experience is highly desirable.
* NetSuite experience desirable.
* Complete understanding of Margins, financial calculations, calculations, proposal delivery, Customer Care, and overall salesperson communication skills.
* Understanding of Construction methods and techniques.
* Individuals must be self-motivated.
* Able to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Highly Preferred, if brought a book of business.
* Required to do weekly reporting, attends sales calls, document progress, leads, and wins.
