Lead Water Restoration Technician

Indy Roof & Restoration is expanding our Water Damage Restoration division and looking for an experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do
  • Lead crews on water damage restoration projects from start to finish
  • Perform mitigation, drying, and restoration work per IICRC guidelines
  • Respond to water damage calls including leaks, burst pipes, and flooding
  • Assess, document, and perform water mitigation and restoration services
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Train and support team members while ensuring quality and efficiency


Qualifications
  • 1+ years of insurance restoration experience (required)
  • Valid IICRC certification (required for Lead Technician role)
  • Strong understanding of water mitigation, drying processes, and restoration
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and wear PPE for extended periods
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven


Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20-$25 per hour base pay based on experience
