Job description

Webull is a leading digital brokerage platform built on next generation global infrastructure. At Webull, we believe that everyone should have an equal opportunity to control their own financial future. Our vision has always been to empower individual investors with the tools and resources they need to succeed financially. This commitment remains at the heart of everything we do. From low-fee trading and robust market data to advanced analytical tools, we are committed to providing a seamless, top-tier trading experience.
About The Role & Team
As the Global DR/BCP Program Manager, you will be the architect of resilience for our 14-country operation. You will oversee the continuity of our corporate offices and the disaster recovery of our AWS-hosted fintech products. Your mission is to ensure we remain compliant with FINRA/SEC regulations and that our broker-dealer services remain available to global clients, even in the event of a regional AWS outage or office disruption.
In This Role, You Will
  • Global Program Governance: Standardize BCP/DR frameworks across 14 international jurisdictions, ensuring local nuances are captured while maintaining a unified global response strategy.
  • AWS Disaster Recovery: Partner with DevOps and Engineering to validate that our AWS architecture (Multi-Region/Multi-AZ) meets defined RTO/RPO targets. Ensure failover automation is tested and documented.
  • Regulatory Compliance (FINRA/SEC): Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (Rule 4370). Ensure all documentation is "audit-ready" for FINRA examinations and SEC inquiries.
  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Lead deep-dive BIAs with business units (Trading, Support, Compliance) to identify critical paths and dependencies for our broker-dealer operations.
  • Exercise Execution & Continuous Improvement: Design and lead high-pressure "Game Day" simulations, including AWS region-evacuation drills and corporate crisis management exercises for international leadership teams. Document lessons learned, identify gaps in processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Playbook Maturity & Modernization: Conduct maturity assessments of existing disaster recovery and business continuity playbooks, identifying gaps in coverage, clarity, and usability. Create playbook templates and governance standards to ensure scalability as the organization grows.
  • Vendor Risk Management: Assess the resilience of critical third-party fintech partners and data providers.

The Skills You Bring
  • 6-8 years of experience in BCP/DR
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS cloud services (Route 53, RDS, S3 Cross-Region Replication) and how they support recovery.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FINRA/SEC compliance and global data residency considerations (GDPR, etc.).
  • Communication: Proven ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience working in a fintech or Broker-Dealer environment
  • Certifications: CBCP, ABCP, or AWS Cloud Practitioner (preferred).

Why Webull?

Headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, Webull operates in 14 regions worldwide, serving over 20 million users. At Webull, your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your work makes a real impact.
Investing in our people is a top priority for us, which is why we have a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: 100% paid medical and dental insurance for employees and dependents, vision insurance, and more!
  • Financial Support: 401(k) match, commuter benefits for NY positions, and short-term disability coverage.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous time off that increases with tenure, paid parental leave, personal days, sick time, volunteer days and company holidays.
