Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in IT project management and enterprise infrastructure consolidation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in PMI PMBOK project management methodologies, project scheduling, and Microsoft Project software.
  • Experience with enterprise disaster recovery hosting solutions and application DR planning frameworks.
  • Experience in project financial planning, budget management, and cost tracking.
  • Experience with coordinating cross-functional technical teams, public sector stakeholders, and vendor project managers.
  • Experience in tracking deliverables, managing resource allocation, and formal project closeout documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure consolidation and disaster recovery projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules, resource allocations, and work breakdown structures in Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, critical milestones, and timelines with internal technical teams and private vendor partners.
  • Monitor project budgets, track financial expenditures, and evaluate cost forecasts for technology initiatives.
