Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $56hr - $61hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Tech Project Management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and business continuity alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations.
  • Partner with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments, leveraging modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks while providing leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives.
