Job Description for Tech PM
Technology Project Manager Cloud & Disaster Recovery
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on AWS.
Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and business continuity alignment.
Manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations.
Partner with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organizational standards.
Oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments, leveraging modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks while providing leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Tech Project Management roles.
Should be able to work from office at Berwin/Malvern, PA - 3 days of the week with the start time of 8am EST.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
