As an Associate Attorney you will provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and represent clients at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels is required. Attorneys are responsible for communicating with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all levels of the disability process.
This position is available for candidates who reside in one of the following states: CA, TX, GA, FL, NV, TN, DC, NC, and SC, and will also require travel to hearings in other cities and states.
This is not an entry level position. The preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law. Such a candidate will have conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years. If you do not have this level of Social Security hearing representation experience, we invite you to consider our Junior Associate Attorney position.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need to Have:
  • Attorney License
  • 1-3+ Years Social Security Disability Law Experience
  • 200 or More Hearings Before SSA ALJs
  • Ability to Travel up to 80% of the Time
  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written
  • Reliability and Dependability
  • Residence in One of the Above Listed States
Minimum Requirements for a Remote Attorney Home Office:
