The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

URMC is looking for individuals to join Strong Memorial Hospital as Licensed Social Workers.
The department of Social Work offers diverse career opportunities across multiple disciplines. We are hiring for MSW, LMSW, and LCSW level Social Workers with positions available in Behavioral Health, Adult, Pediatric and Emergency areas.

Our Social Workers aid patients in navigating the healthcare system, support the care planning process, and connect patients to the resources they need to remain healthy after receiving care at Strong Memorial Hospital.

The desired candidate will have

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
  • Licensure as a Social Worker, as defined by the NYS Board for Social Work, is required.
  • If licensure has not been obtained upon employment, the individual has 18 months within which to obtain it.
