Service Worker

Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Service Worker is responsible for preparing and serving meals for patients at assigned facility and for ensuring that all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker will be responsible for traveling between facilities as needed to provide coverage.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
  • 3-6 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required.
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Food Handlers card required
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Card (Women’s and Children’s programs and any additional facility required to implement this requirement. This can vary based on program requirements.)
