Bachelor's Degree: Starting at $70,000 annually
Master's Degree: Up to $80,000 annually

About the Position

The Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) Manager partners closely with the CCSS Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily program operations whilemaintaininga small client caseload. This role focuses on developing people, strengthening operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and creating an engaged, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide direct supervision for Community Support Workers.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, and performance conversations.
  • Develop future leaders through mentorship androle-modeling.
  • Lead onboarding and coordinate field shadowing with Leads.
  • Identifytraining gaps andprovideongoing development opportunities.
  • Approve timesheets and complete supervisory administrative responsibilities.

Program Operations

  • Assign and balance team caseloads.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing needs.
  • Monitor service quality, consistency, and operational performance.
  • Support client engagement and retention.
  • Partner with the Clinical Supervisor on escalated operational concerns.
  • Represent The Community Lighthouse professionally with schools and community partners.

Quality & Compliance

  • Monitor documentation timeliness and compliance.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with LCA, NMAC, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards.
  • Monitor team productivity, billable hours, and administrative metrics.
  • Support ethical practice and continuous quality improvement.

MinimumRequirements

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Master'spreferred).
  • Meet New Mexico CCSS education and experience requirements and/or hold an eligible clinical license.
  • Previousleadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health or related human services.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Englishrequired(Spanish bilingual preferred).
  • Monday-Friday availability8a-7p.
  • Clinical licensure is highly valued and offers opportunities for future advancement into supervisor or director positions as our organization continues to grow.
