The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. This role oversees project teams, manages resources, and ensures compliance with client requirements and organizational standards while fostering positive client relationships.


Job Requirements

  •  Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to completion.
  •  Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  •  Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  •  Monitor project performance and provide reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  •  Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts proactively.
  •  Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
  •  Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion.
  •  Drive process improvements and lessons learned for future projects.


Required Skills

  •  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Advanced project management knowledge, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
