You are responsible for onboarding the IDP team into Agile ways of working, setting up and managing the team's Agile rhythm, identifying and escalating blockers, facilitating the Agile Ceremonies, and coaching the team to improve. You will act as a whole-lifecycle thinker to ensure every angle is covered as efficiently as possible. Passion for working with cross-functional teams to deliver results is a must.
