Occupational Therapist - Milwaukee (Part -Time)

Occupational Therapist (Part-Time) Location: West Allis Clinic and In-Home Services| Schedule: Flexible hours, with evening availability required

About PSG/CIP: PSG/CIP is a community-focused social services organization committed to delivering trauma-informed mental health and community-based programs throughout Eastern Wisconsin. Our mission is to support individuals through compassionate, high-quality services while fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth for both clients and staff.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This part-time position will focus on providing assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and adults with mental health diagnoses, in clinic and in home-based settings.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals impacted by complex trauma, including addressing sensory integration challenges, proprioceptive needs, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Experience in mental health settings is strongly preferred.

We also welcome candidates who are eager to grow in these areas. PSG offers ongoing training and continuing education opportunities to support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations, with an emphasis on sensory processing and trauma-informed care.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

· Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, skills workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
