    • Must be available during normal business hours (M-F) to complete remote gero assessments
  • Direct Care - Must be local & available for onsite services
    • Must be available during normal business hours (M-F) to complete direct care services
  • Collaboration of Primary Care NP/PA's
    • This can be 100% remote

Must have an active GA license

Seeking an MD/DO to provide gero assessments, direct care as well as to collaborate with our Primary Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants working within LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Rehabilitation facilities. This position will also take part in the interview process allowing you to screen and select the extenders you are comfortable working with.
