Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Columbus, OH

As a House Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home. You'll coach and develop staff, foster a positive team culture, strengthen relationships with families, and ensure every individual receives exceptional, person-centered support.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Residential Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring services are safe, person-centered, and aligned with each individual's goals.
  • Develop & Support Your Team: Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable team culture.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Monitor documentation,incidents, billing, and regulatory requirements to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Champion Individual Success: Ensure Service Plans are implemented consistently while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
  • Manage the Home: Oversee household budgets, maintenance, supplies, scheduling needs, and daily operations to create a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, support teams, and leadership to deliver coordinated, person-centered services.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 2+ years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Evening, weekend, and emergency availability as needed
