Your role
At UBS, we are looking for a Client Service Associate to work with a large advisory team in the Cincinnati Market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, passionate about helping others chart their financial lives, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
โ€ข Schedule appointments for members of the team
โ€ข Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS
โ€ข Print and mail account statements and other account documents for clients on request
โ€ข Educate clients on UBS services and account features
โ€ข Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance
โ€ข Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office when they arrive
โ€ข Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for client and prospect meetings
โ€ข Proactively engage with clients and visitors to anticipate their needs in the spirit of providing exemplary customer service
Your team
You will be working with a large team in Cincinnati, Ohio that services over 250 households with approximately $1 billion assets under management.
Your expertise
โ€ข Ideally 1-3 years of experience in client service
โ€ข Series 7 and 66 licenses (or commitment to earning them shortly after hire).
โ€ข Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
โ€ข High attention to detail and drive to succeed
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and detail oriented environment
