Office Clerk

For more information on DBL Law, please visit our website at www.dbllaw.com. We are seeking an Office Clerk for the Covington, KY location. This position will provide support for all areas of the firm, and report directly to the Office Supervisor. This is a full-time position, and may include day-time and evening hours Monday-Friday.

Job Duties

  • Sort and deliver mail and package.
  • Daily post office and bank runs.
  • Daily runs to local courthouses/Clerk offices for Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Hamilton counties.
  • Provide support for attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Assist the Marketing Director and IT Director with projects.
  • Complete copy and binding requests in-house and through outside vendors.
  • Provide break coverage for reception desk, including answering calls and greeting clients.
  • Conference room and kitchen set-up, clean-up and restocking.
  • Monitor usage and maintain adequate levels of supplies.
  • Assist staff with catering orders and room setups for firm events and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
