Reports To: Director of Health Services
Employment Type: Full-Time, Days
Starting Wage: $94,392 - $101,161 annually

Your Core Responsibilities:
As Associate Director of Health Services, you will:
  • Lead and support a cohesive health services infrastructure aligned with agency goals.
  • Supervise Senior RNs and indirectly oversee Residential and Day Services Nurses.
  • Champion staff development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with program directors to meet the health needs of individuals and families.
  • Represent the agency in community health initiatives and professional organizations.
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in health service delivery.
  • Maintain a visible and supportive presence across nursing teams.
  • Step into the Director of Health Services role when needed.

What You Bring:
  • NYS Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Proven leadership in health services, preferably in intellectual/developmental disability settings
  • Strong understanding of OPWDD regulations and compliance standards
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and team development
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
