Community Care Network is looking for a 3rd shift Direct Support Professional to join our team!
Community Care Network is comprised of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our communities, individuals and families through responsive, innovative and collaborative human services.
About the Role:
North End Ranch is a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals assists individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: transportation, medical management, dietary needs, personal care and more. This position will assist in planning and carrying out individual programs as well as implementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA). The atmosphere at this facility is rewarding and very warm.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.
  • Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
  • Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability desired.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
  • *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work 3rd shift full time from 9:45pm-6:15am
