Project Coordinator (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support multiple proof-of-concept initiatives and small-scale technology projects. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project execution activities, maintaining work management tools, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented coordinator who excels in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across technical and business teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, business subject matter experts, and technology partners.
  • Track project feedback, including:
    • Defects and bugs
    • Enhancement requests
    • Status updates and action items
  • Maintain alignment between Azure DevOps (ADO) work items and project tracking documentation.
  • Support project execution by monitoring progress, identifying blockers, and escalating risks when necessary.
  • Create and distribute project status reports.
  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, and dependencies remain synchronized across workstreams.
  • Assist with ongoing experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
