This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with the schools you serve. You will collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals remotely, ensuring that students receive seamless mental health support. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work-life balance.

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to students dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Develop customized treatment plans that consider the unique cultural and situational contexts of each student, employing strategies that are both evidence-based and tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, psychologists, and primary care physicians to provide wraparound care, fostering a coordinated approach to each student’s mental health needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and feedback from staff and guardians.

• Provide educational sessions to students and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.

• Adhere to high standards of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and securing informed consent from all students and their caregivers.

In this role, you will primarily support students from varying backgrounds who present with a wide range of mental health challenges. Our goal is to foster resilience and emotional stability in children and adolescents, helping them navigate their daily challenges while improving their overall academic and social functioning.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is strictly required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing direct psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse populations, preferably within a school or youth-focused setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong assessment and clinical skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans that produce measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software, ensuring accurate documentation and coordinated care.

• Familiarity with school-based mental health programming and interventions.

• Experience in utilizing trauma-informed care approaches.

• Knowledge of community resources and how to access additional support for students and families.
