  • One of the following educational backgrounds and experience:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
    • A Bachelor's degree in any field, plus two years of human services experience.
    • An Associate's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field, plus two years of human services experience.
    • Three years of human services-related experience.

Relevant fields of study often include: Rehabilitation, Nursing, Counseling, Education, Gerontology, Human Services, and Sociology.
