In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our litigation process, working closely with clients, providers, and opposing counsel to ensure every case is handled with precision and care.
This is a 100% on site position. We believe this work is done best together!
What You'll Do:
  • Drive Impact: Take charge of personal injury cases, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation.
  • Be a Key Player: Work alongside one to three attorneys, offering your expertise and insights to drive case success.
  • Engage Directly: Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, making sure everyone stays informed and engaged.
  • Stay Ahead: Bring your organizational skills and proactive attitude to manage documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently.
What You Need:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience required; 3-5 years preferred.
    • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.
    • Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.
    • Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
  • Specialized Knowledge: Personal injury experience is a huge plus!
