Job description

Description

Build your career in litigation with Kahana Feld, a National Law Journal 500 firm, where legal professionals can have fulfilling careers. We have immediate openings for General Liability Attorneys in our Nevada office.

Kahana Feld welcomes applications from experienced practitioners, attorneys seeking to transition into a new practice area, and recently admitted attorneys.

We are seeking attorneys that are looking for an opportunity to:

  • Work with great attorneys at a firm that prides itself on having a great culture.
  • Benefit from our dedicated training and development team to enhance your legal skills and receive mentoring.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment fundamentally built on respect for all team members and where mentorship and a positive culture are a priority.
  • Develop your career and make a difference in the world.

KF was recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace and awarded the Gold DEI Leadership Seal from the State Bar of California.

Here are a few of the many things that make KF a great firm:

  • Excellent benefits (including recently added Paid Parental Leave).
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Leadership positions are open to all attorneys in every office.
  • Realistic partnership and equity partnership track. All KF attorneys are eligible for partnership, both equity and non-equity. Promotion is based on your ability to do great work and fit our culture, and not on business development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Litigation experience involving general liability is preferred but not required; compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
  • Excellent references and a record of job stability.
  • Member of the Nevada bar in good standing.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $200,000, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
