At TelCom Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day to day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews. local work with occasional travel.

What you'll do
  • Supervise the day to day operations
  • Job completion of assigned projects
  • Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
  • Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
  • Verifying locates, materials and billings
  • Providing all required job reporting
  • Completing as-builts and redlines
  • Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
  • Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
  • This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
  • Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
  • Local work with occasional travel
  • A valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
  • Class A CDL license is a plus!

  • Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
  • Occasionally work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
  • Wear required personal protective equipment if required
