PRODUCTION WORKER
Bentley Mills โ€“ City of Industry, CA

We are a carpet manufacturing company located in City of Industry, CA.
We currently have several open positions at our manufacturing plant and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift:

  • 4:00 AM โ€“ 12:30 PM
  • 6:30 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

2nd Shift:

  • 11:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

3rd Shift:

  • 10:30 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM

Job Duties:

  • General labor tasks including:
    • Packing carpet tiles
    • Loading and unloading racks of yarn
    • Pushing and pulling carts of yarn

Experience Requirements:

  • Entry-level position (no prior experience necessary)
  • Must be flexible to work overtime and up to six days a week

Physical Requirements to Perform Essential Job Duties:

Frequent:

  • Handling and manual dexterity
  • Lifting 50lbs.
  • Use of flat dollies and carts to avoid lifting heavy weights
  • Reaching, standing, stooping, and walking
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Occasional:

  • Balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching
