Company Description

Clarkson is a 30-lawyer class action law firm made up of the best of the legal profession. We are the overachievers, the true believers, and the hundred-to-ones. We curate, cultivate, and champion cases to win justice for real people—workers, consumers, patients, insureds, survivors, and underdogs. We imagine a fair future for all people, and we fight relentlessly to right a diverse array of societal injustices. We battle industry Goliaths in state and federal courts throughout California, New York, across the United States, and even abroad, in cases involving artificial intelligence, false advertising, antitrust, employment, environmental, healthcare, consumer protection, fertility negligence, sexual assault, and whatever else harms ordinary people. We aspire to be the most forward-looking, purpose-driven law firm in the world—which demands adaptive mindsets and unique skills that can look and feel quite different from the classic law firm.

If you are a creative thinker with an underdog spirit, then this could be the place for you. We are rapidly growing due to our adaptive business model and core differentiators among our people. We pride ourselves on:(1) our authenticity—we are diverse in life experiences and skillsets, and committed to a larger purpose; (2) our agility—we are able to pivot, experiment, and take risks other firms cannot; and (3) our culture—we cultivate a uniquely magnetic experience, lifestyle, and team. Our firm is at a growth inflection point, and we need to accelerate our internal capabilities to keep up with the demand from millions of consumers, patients, policyholders, workers, creators, and responsible corporate citizens seeking to hold mega corporate wrongdoers accountable for their illegal conduct.
