Job description

Are you experienced in construction sales and ready for your next big opportunity?

We’re looking for a self-starter who’s hungry to join a fast-growing software company that’s revolutionizing the dirt-moving industry.

This is a high-impact Account Executive role offering base salary + aggressive commission + stock options.

In this role, you’ll manage a specific region within our Broker Network of short-haul dirt and material trucking companies. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a solid network in the construction industry and a track record of success.

Responsibilities:

●     Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth

●     Manage and develop sales territories

●     Build and develop sales support team

●     Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers

●     Track and analyze sales data and metrics

●     Forecast sales and revenue

●     Identify and develop new sales opportunities

●     Negotiate and close deals

●     Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements

●     Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

●     5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success

●     Strong leadership and motivation skills

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●     Ability to work independently and as part of a team

●     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s

Compensation Range & Benefits 

●     Salary $75000 - $95,000.00 w/ guaranteed draw during ramp up

●     Aggressive Commission structure – percentage of revenue run through the application

●     Participation in Stock Option Program
