Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Web Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position serves as the senior web development authority across the CIO enterprise, providing expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise, building and maintaining custom web applications, dashboards, and digital platforms that support operations and mission requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level web development expertise, developing dashboards, workflows, and custom web applications, managing front-end services including website/web page creation, permission groups, site administration, and solution creation
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide direct user support in a proactive approach, maintaining knowledge of upcoming platform updates and upgrades, and performing technical tasks for the upgrade/migration of sites between different versions or servers
  • Provide day-to-day management of web development operations, providing technical guidance to the project team and reviewing the quality of all web products to ensure deliverables meet required standards and compliance

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in web development or a closely related field, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or Bachelor's degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and 16 years of relevant experience, or 18 years of relevant experience in place of a degree
  • Demonstrated leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing web development strategies aligned with organizational mission objectives
