Responsibilities: * Work directly with software leads and users to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services
* Provide operations and maintenance support to existing legacy applications developed in .NET. Qualifications: Required: * Current and active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance in good standing
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in web development, with experience in: * Proficiency in using Oracle SQL
* Familiarity with PL/SQL
* Experience in ASP.NET frameworks
* Platforms/ Architecture styles such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular Material UI components
* Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and TypeScript
* C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus)
* Proficiency in using MVC patterns
* Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services
* 3 or more years of experience developing and/or deploying software in high side environments
* Direct experience using secure authentication technologies like SAML and OIDC in a government setting
* Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
* Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.
* Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly. Desired: * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 3 or more years of experience integrating relational data with user-facing applications
* Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
* Experience with HighVIEW

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
