  • Assessing clients’ psychological and emotional needs through comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific issues and therapeutic goals, continually adjusting plans as needed based on client progress.
  • Utilizing therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to diverse populations to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a multidisciplinary approach to care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.
  • Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to cultural competence and respect for individual identities, making it crucial for our therapists to establish rapport and trust with clients.

  • A minimum of two years of direct post-licensure clinical experience providing therapy in a relevant setting.
  • Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing actionable treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for developing meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • A deep commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in a therapeutic context.
Preferred Experience

Preferred qualifications that would enhance your candidacy include additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, experience working in community health settings, and a proven track record of successful client outcomes in similar roles.
