  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Warehouse Modernization and Transportation Modernization strategic initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Monitor and track program progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may impact delivery timelines or quality

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes

  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, product owners, development teams, and other departments, to ensure program success

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing priorities and resolving conflicts to maintain alignment with program goals

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different departments, including engineering, product management, business teams,, and operations

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of priorities, resource allocation, and project dependencies

  • Communicate program status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely decision-making

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and progress

  • Previous experience implementing Warehouse Management & Transportation Management capabilities, preferably Blue Yonder SaaS solutions

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling agile practices in organizations

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
