Foundation for Deliverables: Foundation for Deliverable #1 - Project Schedule; supports all others:  A project schedule outlining the known tasks identified in the SOW with baseline Deliverables For  Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Comprehensive Procedural Support and due dates.

  •  Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
  •  Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
  •  Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
  •  Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
  •  Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
