Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager/Director to lead our clinical software development program. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring that our engineers and supervisors are effectively executing their tasks, delivering high-quality software solutions, and meeting project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing technical teams. This role will work closely with product management, quality assurance, and project management teams to support their functions and ensure cohesive project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and supervisors.
