Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Force Banquet Chef to join our team in Falmouth, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Hotel Restaurant BOH/Culinary Management, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and effective inventory and labor management. The candidate should also have experience working in a high-volume banquet kitchen and be proficient in various POS systems.

The Task Force Banquet Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the banquet kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
