About the Opportunity

Compost Crew seeks a Marketing Director to lead company-wide marketing strategy for our top-rated composting services/products. As the company's senior marketing leader, you'll own the marketing strategy from planning through execution. You'll shape our brand, drive market education and most importantly generate high‑quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across commercial, residential, and municipal segments. Does This Describe You?
  • At least 6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within B2B or B2C services, sustainability, waste management, logistics or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success driving MQL growth, digital marketing performance, and multi‑channel campaigns
  • Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing programs
  • Strong portfolio of marketing collateral development and content leadership
  • Expertise with in‑person marketing, field marketing, or community engagement
  • Expertise in building or scaling a marketing function in a growth‑stage company.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with willingness to execute hands‑on work
  • Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms
