We are searching for the best talent for a Customer Engagement Specialist, Product Marketing, OTTAVA role within our MedTech Surgery organization. The location for this position is Cincinnati, OH or Santa Clara, CA.

Purpose:

The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) reports to the Director, Customer Engagement, OTTAVA. This role will be accountable for the flawless development and delivery of various educational content throughout the customer journey in multiple key focus areas of Robotics and Digital Solutions. This should be achieved through strong clinical / customer knowledge along with exceptional collaboration and teamwork with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, R&D and other cross-functional partners, helping to deliver key messaging and product education regarding ETHICON's multi-quadrant surgical robotics system in support of the OTTAVA System global launch. The Specialist has responsibility for content delivery of innovative technologies, internal and external customer management, and adherence to critical functional processes, all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and Company Health Care Compliance policies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, R&D, and external partners to educate internal and external customers on the safe and efficacious use of J&J's surgical robotic systems.
Deliver technical hands-on education to surgical teams on the proper setup, use, tear-down of the OTTAVA Surgical System.
Utilize customer insights and ongoing VoC to refine content effectiveness via a process of continuous improvement with cross-functional partners
Maximize integration with ongoing strategic and commercial objectives.
Support execution of marketing and commercial launch related activities for the OTTAVA System as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of four (4) years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Sales Training, Prof Ed, Marketing and/or Sales Management); or other applicable experience is required
Previous experience in medical device education (external or internal stakeholder training) is required
High technological and business aptitude is required
Ability to understand and translate technically complex concepts required
Strong influence management, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written, are required
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal and external customer relationships is required
Ability to work with multiple cross functional partners and across global markets, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Prof Ed and R&D
Excellent communication, analytical, conflict management and customer engagement skills are required
Robotic and/or large capital commercial/customer experience is preferred
Intellectual curiosity and learning agility are key for this role
This position will require up to 10% domestic/international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
