The Supply Chain Brand Manager serves as the end to end supply chain leader for their assigned brand (or two), with accountability across distribution, procurement, quality assurance, finance, and culinary partners. This highly collaborative role acts as the primary conduit between brand leadership and the centralized supply chain organization, ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution.
As a key member of the brand's leadership team, this role is responsible for clearly communicating supply chain strategy, risks, and opportunities to brand leadership, franchisees, and cross functional stakeholders. The Supply Chain Brand Manager plays a critical role in brand decision making, providing subject matter expertise and data driven insights while driving key initiatives forward and holding stakeholders accountable for timely, high quality deliverables. This position requires a balance of tactical execution and strategic leadership, navigating urgent day to day supply chain challenges while also identifying and advancing longer term capability improvements that strengthen the brand and system as a whole.
GoTo Foods consists of 7 restaurant and specialty brands with independent leadership, marketing, R&D and operations teams, serviced by a centralized procurement, analytics, distribution/logistics and quality assurance capabilities.
