The Role: Supply Chain Coordinator
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support data center construction projects by coordinating logistics, documentation, and vendor communication for owner-furnished equipment. This role exists to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule, documentation is complete, and project teams have clear status updates. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep equipment moving and reduce delays.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner-furnished and contractor-installed equipment.
  • Track domestic and international shipments and provide clear status updates.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and closeout documentation.
  • Support onsite delivery coordination, including quality checks and documentation review.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to confirm schedules and accountability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
  • Review drawing revisions to confirm equipment scope and requirements.
  • Prepare routine project reports and KPI updates.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Provide onsite support at assigned project locations as needed.
