The Arts &Crafts Camp Leader is a vital team member dedicated to providing a safe,engaging, and enriching camp experience for children in grades K-6. Under theguidance of the Site Supervisor, this role leads creative activities,supervises campers, and fosters a positive, supportive environment where everychild can express themselves.

 Responsibilities

         Provide directsupervision to campers (K-6th grade) to ensure safety and well-being

         Plan and implementengaging arts and crafts activities

         Encouragecreativity, self-expression, and confidence

         Prepare, organize,and maintain program supplies and materials

         Keep activityareas clean, safe, and organized

         Build positive,professional relationships with campers and parents

         Model YMCA corevalues: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

 Qualifications

         Experience workingwith school-age children

         Background orstrong interest in art, crafts, or creative programming
