Department Overview

This role is responsible for driving operational rigor, execution discipline, and site effectiveness for the Global Technology (GT) India office.

The role focuses on operational excellence, strategic execution, people, financial, and training outcomes, ensuring the India Global Technology organization is scalable, compliant, well?governed, and positioned for growth.

Core Accountability Areas

India Office & Site Leadership

    • Provide leadership and drive GT employee engagement to accelerate local culture building.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute Global Technology leadership, partner, and employee visits to the India office in partnership with the Global Business Services team.

Global Technology Operational Excellence

    • Identify and continuously assess strengths, capabilities, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities within the India GT organization.
    • Provide data?driven recommendations to Global Technology leadership to enable scale, maturity, and sustainability.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for India GT operational matters
    • Actively participate in strategic initiatives including resource optimization and value realization.
    • Support the recruitment, knowledge transfer, onboarding and offboarding efforts.
    • Manage the India GT hiring stream, including:
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and culture builder
  • Strong operational leadership in global, matrixed organizations
  • Expertise in Opex excellence, governance, and execution discipline
  • Proven ability to manage cross?functional dependencies and escalations
  • Executive?level communication and stakeholder management in a global organization
  • Experience supporting large?scale hiring, onboarding, and training programs
